Had an awesome group trip! We explored the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby. The place had a great vibe, especially the indoor pool and delicious breakfast options. Just a heads up, the shower step can be a bit steep. Overall, great staff and clean rooms. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!
One downside, the housekeeping doesn't refresh towels daily or make the beds, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great location near the park and well-appointed rooms with comfy chairs made the stay enjoyable. The staff's friendliness stood out, and breakfast options, particularly the hot wok dishes, were delightful. However, room cleaning was inconsistent, often late, and the front desk seemed overwhelmed, impacting the overall experience.
